Coms plc, re-named from Azman PLC ("the Company")

Mr. Leo Knifton has informed the Company that he has increased his interest in
its Ordinary Shares by a further 10,000,000 shares through Cantor Fitzgerald,
taking his interest to 25,000,000 (3.1%) in total. His direct shareholding
remains at 16,666,667 (2.1%).
