Quick & Easy Setup
To set up your WiFi Mobile Phone, simply text "comsnokia" (without the quotes) to 64446 and we will send an auto-configuration message to your phone, setting it up ready for Coms.Com WiFi Mobile VoIP and add 25p of calling credit to your account. We will also send you a second text with your new Coms.Com account information as well as details of how to access the account.
All our WiFi mobile Voip phones accounts are given new London 0207 numbers, so that anyone can call you simply by dialling your 0207 number. All WiFi mobile phones accounts include “Call Forwarding and Voice Mail, both of which can be configured from your mobile by going to our accounts section.
Setting up your Nokia to make VoIP Calls
Once you have saved the configuration message, you just need to set up your Wireless Access Point that the phone will initially use to make Coms.Com VoIP calls, as follows:
Configure the “Access Point” to use for Internet telephone calls:
Menu ->Tools ->Settings ->Connection ->Access Point ->Select your AP
Configure default call type:
Menu -> Tools -> Settings -> Call Default call type: Internet

Tips!
1. To set a menu button on your “Standby Screen”:
Menu -> Tools -> Settings -> Phone -> Standby mode -> Active Standby Apps
2. To set a Selection button on your handset as a shortcut:
Menu -> Tools -> Settings -> Phone -> Standby mode -> Right or Left selection key -> Internet Telephone
Close out of these menus, hit the Internet Tel. selection key, choose your access point, and your Nokia will log on to our servers. You are now ready to make VoIP calls. Mobile VoIP phones free you from expensive phone bills – call or email us for further information.

What is Coms.Com WiFi Mobile?
Coms.Com WiFi Mobile phones enable you to make VoIP calls from a WiFi enabled mobile, like the Nokia E series, the primary benefit being that using VoIP you can make FREE VoIP calls to other Coms.Com subscribers and very cheap calls to everyone else.

Currently we support the Nokia E Series by OTAP (Over the Air Provisioning) but you can use any handset that is VoIP SIP capable.

What are Coms.Com Numbers?
Coms.Com WiFi mobile phones accounts include a UK London (0207) number as standard. These numbers are free for three months and then cost £2 per month.

Can I call Emergency Services with my WiFi Mobile Phone?
Coms.Com is not a replacement for your ordinary telephone service and you cannot make emergency calls using Coms.Com. However, this does not prevent you using your mobile phone for making emergency calls via your Cellular Provider as normal.

What version of Nokia Software / Firmware will I need?
On the E60, E61 and E65, you will need firmware version 2.0618.06.05 or later.
On the E70, you will need firmware version 2.0618.07.10 31-08-06 RM10 (RM24 in the US)
On the N80ie you will need firmware version
To check the firmware version installed on your handset, press *#0000#. If you need to upgrade, please visit Nokia's Phone Software Update. You will need your USB cable, and you must remember to set the profile to ‘General’ before you start and ensure that there is a SIM card in place. (It’s good practice to backup your data before upgrading your phone!)
