Coms is a “single hop” VoIP service, only the call from you to us is over VoIP, the terminating leg of the call is completed over traditional TDM circuits, which reduces latency, codec changes and delivers better call quality to our customers.
Carrier Class Platform
Coms’s carrier class platform is fully redundant and hosted in a leading London data centre, so if the broadband connection to your office is offline, calls will still be answered and routed to your plan, which typically includes forwarding to landline or mobiles phones if the IP phones are not online.
How it works?
