With the advantage of traffic prioritisation, Coms broadband services provides speeds of service twice that of regular business broadband services during periods of high traffic activity and has the advantage of being directly connected to our VoIP Platform in London’s Docklands to ensure that voice traffic does not suffer from latency or packet loss.

Which Service?

Coms has three broadband services, the choice of which service to select depends on whether you wish to use the circuit for voice only or to share it with voice and data (this is dependant on Tiscali ADSL2+ being available from your local exchange). Use our "Line Test" to check service availability.

SDSL-M Broadband

• Based on ADSL2+ technology, this 2Mb symmetrical service is ideal for dedicated voice circuits, and will support up to 20 concurrent VoIP calls using G711 codec, and up to 40 concurrent calls using G729 compressed codec.
• Service is available from 1000+ exchanges in the UK.
• Setup Charges = £129.99 including a wired router, £149.99 including a wireless router.

ADSL2+ Broadband

• With speeds of up to 16Mb Down, 2.5Mb Up* this service is ideal for shared voice and data circuits, and will support up to 10 concurrent calls using G711 or up to 20 concurrent calls using G729.
• Service is available from 1000+ exchanges in the UK.
• Setup Charges = £129.99 including a wired router, £149.99 including a wireless router.

ADSL Max Broadband

• If ADSL2+ is not available from your local exchange, this business grade service will support and will support up to 5 concurrent calls using G711 or up to 10 concurrent calls using G729.
• Service is available from all ADSL enabled exchanges in the UK.
• Setup Charges = £129.99 including a wired router, £149.99 including a wireless router.
